similar tubes are normally in the $ 300+ range. was able to pull behind a jetski with no problem and had a blast. does not come with rope or inflator.
tip: buy a separate high pressure inflator to get it up to proper pressure. i use an electric air mattress pump to start and finish with a high volume/pressure foot pump to get it up to pressure.
