Hi. I have bought these before and they are indeed UL Listed and CSA approved if you buy from Amazon. I just ordered another pack since I used my last 6 pack up.
Current price is $ 6.95 for the 5 pack, so it’s a few cents lower than the current front page deal of $ 14 for 10 if you’re REALLY into saving money 
I checked the price of all of the other quantities and buying the 5 pack is the lowest price per piece.
