I have this version and the IPS panel compares fairly decently to my Dell S2440L and Asus VG248QE, much better than the Lenovo 100s and other sub-$ 200 Chromebooks with mediocre TN panels. It’s bright, has a matte finish, and looks fantastic to my eyes. Admittedly, it bogs down with a lot of tabs, so just keep that in mind if you’re used to having more than a handful of tabs open at once.

I bought two of these (on one now) and both look like brand new, inside and out. Both are snappy and perform very well. The built in WiFi gets a great signal. For what it’s worth, my CPU heavy music recording programs open fast and run flawlessly, not so much as a hiccup.
