Amazon has a few treadmills on sale. All the above are the lowest or very close to the lowest price as per camelcamelcamel.

Yowza Osprey – $ 544
Osprey based on my research have been $ 799 before but never less than that.
It has a 2.75 HP motor with a 1″ Deck. Much better than the Pro-forms at this price or even higher. Only issue I see is the 20″x52″ belt which may not work for people above 6 feet.
