Personally, I have never bought from that particular seller, but the guy does have a 100% w/ 18k+ feedback. (Not sure about total stock but currently has more than 10 available)

Due to the form factor, there is only a single 2.5" SATA mounting bracket for storage expansion – it’s not easily accessible but there are YouTube videos. And it’s bundled with MSI’s basic RGB keyboard and mouse.
I have it stashed on the floor by my desk, not across the room in a TV cabinet and I was expecting its fan to be noisy under load but so far it has actually been barely audible, so that was a pleasant surprise. I have not heard it spool up to distracting volumes, even while running benchmarks.
The specs seems pretty nice for a $ 570 laptop. It comes with a Ryzen 5 5600H, a RTX 3060, and a IPS screen. (Ram and SSD are probably upgradable but I will look into it in a bit)

With the new base price for the 3060 TI supposed to be dropping to $ 300, this may only be the start of sales on 3060 TI’s (and hopefully 6700 XT’s and 6750 XT’s and 3070’s), so you might not necessarily run out to buy it. But if you need a new video card today it might be a good deal.
