Please google what the Surface Book is and whether it is right for you before bashing on the product saying you can get X,Y,Z specs and other brand for cheaper. I have used a base Surface Book for nearly 2 years and it has been a dream to work with. Battery life lasts full day of use for me (sometimes over 12-14 hours), screen is very nice and crisp. Detachable screen and pen have certain uses, for me its to sign documents and mark up PDF and read PDF text books. 1 thing I wish it had was a USB C. Mine was purchased from Newegg and also stated it had full warranty and I was pleasantly surprised that it had complete coverage including accidental for 2 years, I am not sure what type of "full microsoft warranty" this one comes with..
