I was able to have Best Buy price match this via chat easily. I know there’s talk about the real value of Apple and how many of them are overpriced (I foresee the comments). However, for those who are seeking a Macbook Pro, this is the cheapest that this specific model has been.

Note: This is the late 2021 model, not the new 2023 model.
