I took a chance and purchased one of these units with the last 10% ebay bucks and it arrived today. The listing stated a 3 year warranty. To my surprise it was brand new and had never been opened. When I ran the service tag, it showed a 3 year advance exchange warranty from Dell. I contacted Dell and had them update the warranty to my date of purchase. Really nice deal on a 144hz 27" 2560×1400 TN Gsync panel.
