I’m a power tool noob, but want to start a few diy projects this weekend and a few more in the future.
I’m not sure what is a good price point for cordless power tools. I know the quality and cost vary by brand, but would really appreciate some guidance on this.

I’ve had my eye on this little compressor for a while now and was staying at $ 199 but stumbled upon some MA stores showing this online (not sure about in-store pricing) for shipping and in-store pickup. Some may be upset there is no battery but for those of you already neck deep in the Ridgid ecosystem, this is a great toy for small stuff. Plus you can take this with you. Ideal portable compressor for those of you that have kids. I don’t know how well this will travel for this price but for those of you in the Boston/Southeastern MA area, you’re golden. This is a much better solution than firing up my 30 gallon compressor for a small task.
Just the battery and the charger will cost you $ 119, so you get the free new improved P516 reciprocating saw.
