Due to the form factor, there is only a single 2.5" SATA mounting bracket for storage expansion – it’s not easily accessible but there are YouTube videos. And it’s bundled with MSI’s basic RGB keyboard and mouse.
I have it stashed on the floor by my desk, not across the room in a TV cabinet and I was expecting its fan to be noisy under load but so far it has actually been barely audible, so that was a pleasant surprise. I have not heard it spool up to distracting volumes, even while running benchmarks.

Actually a pretty insane deal as CPU + GPU alone is $ 600. No way you can build this PC for the same money. XPS 8950 and up is known for solid cooling for an OEM prebuilt, and is well reviewed.
6700XT is better than RTX 3070 in 2023, thanks to 12 GB VRAM. You can also sell it and get a much better GPU with a 750W Power Supply.
Add your own 32GB DDR5 (I prefer this than getting 16GB DDR4 from most other pre-built PC’s in this price range).
