I recently "switched" plans from old TWC to Spectrum and canceled the old service mid-cycle. Noticed on the old bill it says that as of 6/2019, Spectrum will no longer offer refunds (credit) for services charged monthly when canceled mid-cycle.

FYI, will need to time it with end of bill cycle next time someone is switching users to get a new customer deal 🙂
