:):):):)Just called Sirius to cancel (1 866 635 5020)my service as it expired 2 days ago. I spoke to Mandy and advised her I was confused as to why my service reflected still active on their website. I told her I took my credit card off the account 6 months ago so that it would not auto renew. She politely said there are no plans that don’t auto renew and I would need to call to cancel otherwise I would be billed. So I told her I would like to cancel. She then went into the SiriusXm renewal mode and tried to get the reasons why. I told her I listened just 1-2 times a week and had no need for the services anymore. She was sorry to hear and said I could renew at the same 6month $ 30 deal I had before. Again I politely replied no but thank you. Without missing a beat she said since I was a long time subscriber (6 years paying $ 25-30 a month – no Howard Stearn package)she could give 6 months free and credit the 2 days I was charged but in doing so I would have to call back July 27 2018 to cancel. I was shocked to what I heard and apologized to her to repeat please. I had never heard of this type of deal or seen anyone mention this on many different posts on Slickdeals. Hopefully the exact details I provided hear will benefit other Slickdealers.
