Received notice to join a new program from Target called Target Circle. You can get 1% cash back on purchase. Red card holders get 5% cash back when paid with red card.

When I joined, I received an email with a 5% off coupon which expires 5/25/19. There was a link asking me to verify my birthday for a birthday gift. I put 5/14/19 which is today. I then got another 5% off coupon which expires 5/21/19. There are some exclusions like no PS4 hardware, Apple, and Legos but not much.
