Powerful feature-packed unit for the price. Yes it sucks and so does Delonghi’s PAC
customer service but read on.

Security: 90 days by Amazon + three years protection for $ 34 or four years for $ 45. Up to 30 days post-purchase to buy extended warranty. No deductibles, covers return shipping and from day of purchase covers accidental damage, drops spills. No need to lug back to warehouse.
