FWIW, this is a Non Valve NIOSH N95 cup mask sold by COSTCO in bulk. Hopefully this info can help anyone in need. I also did homework and found the CDC/NIOSH approval link and OEM info link for this mask, if anyone is interested in.

Pros:
NIOSH certified.
Adjustable nose metal with foam pad underneath.
Elastic head band.

Cons:
Have to buy 100 pcs.
Not 3M
