So this deal won’t be for everyone, but it’s a really low price. Just make sure you factor in:

1. Huge rebate ($ 100)
2. EATX size, so might not fit in cases made for standard ATX only.
3. Pre-installed waterblock. I assume it can be removed if you’re rather air cool?
4. z270 chipset. Meaning you’re limited to Kaby Lake cpu’s. However there’s a lot of info out there on how to modify this line of boards to make them compatible with 8th and even 9th gen Intel cpu’s. Requires a decent amount of tech modding knowledge and experience. If anyone here has some good info or a guide on this please share.
