$ 12 per month for 1GB data
(I hear if the data usage is less than 300MB per month, there is no charge except fee and taxes – to be confirmed)
$ 45 per month for unlimited data

Offer terms doesn’t indicate a requirement for the unlimited mobile plan ($ 45/month); it appears this can work for the $ 12/month plan as well. May work out for existing Xfinity customers and wants to switch to the Verizon network (Xfinity is an MVNO and uses Verizon network).
