Was scanning slick deals looking for the fathers day offer, saw the thread about the $ 1.99 for this month. User remlover (rep him if this works for you) posted something about getting it for this year for $ 49.99 – tried his method and couldn’t get it to work, but here is what worked for me, YMMV:

1) Do not be logged into your mlb.com account (this may not matter, why might matter is if you had mlb.tv last year).

2) Click THIS [ed4.net] link from the $ 57.49 deal. Should take you to a screen that looks like the screenshot posted in that deal.

3) Click get MLB.TV Premium.

4) It may say 99.99 here (can’t remember), but keep going.

5) It should ask you to login, login with your account (I used the same one I used last year, I tried with a recently created account and it did NOT work – received "Our records indicate that you are not eligible for this promotion.")

6) After you login, it should take you back to the purchase page and show $ 49.99.

7) Purchase and enjoy yout $ 50 mlb.tv a couple weeks early.
