This PC game, digital download via a steam-redeemable key, is on sale.

I don’t know a lot about wingamestore, but I do have anecdotal evidence. I bought Geometry Wars 3 game around its launch from WinGameStore and have been enjoying it ever since. It’s a lot of fun and adds cool 3-dimensional singleplayer levels to the fun Geometry Wars gameplay that I’m used to.
It has very positive reviews on steam: http://store.steampowered.com/app/310790/ and is lots of fun. I recommend using the Xbox 360 controller for maximum twin-stick carnage.
