Have been on the phone twice unsuccessfully to Meijer to let them know there has to be a glitch in their ordering and fulfillment process for grocery pickup.

Several days ago, we ordered two of the Meijer turkeys online, but only got charged for one. This was the first time ever we tried the service, and we like it.

Thursday evening, we ordered two of the spiral cut hams online to pick up this morning, but only got charged for one of them.

Neither of the transactions generated the $ 4.95 pre-authorization charge to our Meijer credit card.
