Walmart B&M has the Dynatrap DT1125 Insect trap on clearance pricing for $ 45 or possibly even less. I was able to grab one at my local store for $ 45, Walmart app and BS both showed another store nearby for $ 21 but they were out of stock. Very well reviewed and covers about a half acre.

No refills or chemicals. Just UV and carbon dioxide to attract the bugs, and then a trap where they die in 24 hours or so. Results really start showing in about 6 weeks total as the insect lifecycle is eliminated within the coverage area.
