Walmart has the Oreck Magnesium RS Swivel-steering Bagged Vacuum on clearance at some stores for $ 100, Regularly $ 249. Some stores also have it at $ 189 and $ 150. I had to shop around but found one for the $ 100 on the shelf. This is an "in store only" product.
