Sakura Credit is doing a deal where they’ll give you $ 200 for signing up for a reloadable debit card, and then they’ll load an additional $ 50 on there after you take a short survey. The total is $ 250.

I have confirmed that this works. It took less than a week to receive the card. I have done the survey, but have not received the additional $ 50 yet. It should be loaded within a 2-3 business days.

They take info similar to other financial institutions, such as social security number and picture of ID. They do not run a credit score, but do verify all information.
