These are $ 4.51 shipped direct from amazon (was $ 7 last week) , so your chances are very good for getting genuine charger and cables. I have ordered two separate orders and both are OEM Samsung parts and fast/quick charges my Droid turbo just fine (1.5hours to 100% versus 3.5 hours on a 5v 2a charger from 15%).
