Guys, beware – they started cracking down on these!
Made a store pickup order for $ 40 (clothes) stacking 4x$ 10 Discover Kohl’s Cash (from 4 Discover cards, 2 my and 2 from wife) in June. Order went through, but have never received Ready for pickup email. Called store – store can’t see the order. Called Kohls.com – was told to call another number for their fraud department. Called that guys – they said it was not fraud, but the order was cancelled and they can’t reinstate it. Transferred back to Kohls.com – rep couldn’t do anything. Got supervisor – supervisor said they couldn’t refund Kohls cash as it was from Discover. Transferred to Kohls Cash / Kohls Charge department. Got their supervisor – was told only 1 coupon allowed per order and they will be not refunding Kohls cash.
