Van Heusen Slim Flex 3 dress pants $13

Their flex 3 dress pants are on sale for $ 13 limited sizes left though. They are a polyester blend however I have bought several of these for work and find them comfortable and well fitting. The flexible waist is great and they don’t get noticably hot that I can think of, and this is coming from a guy who runs around working retail and bakes and stands in front of an oven for a good portion of the day.

They’ve got other stuff on sale as part of their outlet sale as well.
