I love these gummies! Worked my way up to 2 gummies per day, in 1-2 weeks.
First few days: improved bowel elimination
First 1/2 week: less hungry, reduced cravings for junk
First whole week: now up to one whole gummy, noticeable reduction in junk cravings, especially sweets. Like absolutely NO cravings for junk
1 wk 2-3 days: lost about 6 lbs, plus water weight (6 lbs not including water weight) – now about 1.5 gummies, definitely eating less and more satisfied with smaller meals
