Bought this maybe a few or several months ago and it was at $ 110. I’ve never seen it this low before. Reviews on Amazon are decent and haven’t had any trouble using it as of yet. Solid construction. Shipping is free

Seems to be a great price for all the weight and a rack, unsure on the quality but doesn’t seem any different from the CAP sets that are usually posted on slickdeals
