Essentially it’s Cacao beans that have been roasted and ground. The grind is similar to drip coffee grind and you make it like you would French press coffee. I like it but it’s not for everyone. I ordered the 84oz packages as it was cheaper per oz. Shipping was a little high in my opinion but is what it is.
