Amazon.com has The Hobbit: BOTFA Extended Edition for $ 14.99. Not sure if this is the cheapest ever, but the cheapest I’ve seen the extended version. The non-extended version has been as low as $ 9.99. Shipping is free with Prime or FSSS with $ 35+
