Costco has what looks like a knock off Danby brand of the Media U shaped 8000 btu window air conditioner on sale at costco.com for $ 339.99 plus tax, includes shipping. I have been looking to buy the Media at amazon but the 8000 BTU model is currently only available through 3rd party sites for $ 561, so this seems like a good deal. I haven’t purchased through costco.com yet, waiting to see if they have it in the July coupon book and in the warehouse.
