According to there website comes with extended Sealed System: warranty 5 years parts & labor (Condenser, Dryer, Connecting Tube and Evaporator)

Also available on Best Buy, I had to replace an older black stainless and this was the best deal I found, to keep the same look in my kitchen.

Amazon has a deal on the Gigabyte Aero D for $ 289.99. Retail is $ 419.99 & this is the cheapest price since launch according to pcpartpicker. This "creator" board comes with quite a few premium IO options including:
* Dual Thunderbolt 4
* 10Gbe LAN
* PCIe 5.0 x16 (or x8/x8)
* DDR5 support

The board is listed on Amazon as ATX, however, Gigabyte’s website lists it as EATX since it is 1.5cm wider than a standard ATX motherboard. It still fits in some standard ATX cases though (fits fine in the NZXT 510 Flow).

My local microcenter is showing 20 in stock. This is the version with integrated graphics. The i5 12400 seems to be the new sweet spot for budget builds and budget gaming. It is faster than AMD 5600g (the closest direct competitor) and 5600x. From reports, the bundled cooler is a big improvement from previous stock coolers so it is not necessary to spend money on that either. With a ASUS Prime B660 it would be about $ 300 out the door for a CPU/MB combo with graphics and a cooler or even cheaper if you can get one of the $ 25 off coupons that was posted on here for uploading a build.

I know not all of you are close to a microcenter much less a specific one but if this helps you rep. Please don’t be mad if you are not able to take advantage as I am just trying to help out anyone who can take advantage. The Microcenter at Brooklyn has the 12700k for $ 299.99 obvious price mistake. It is the price on their website and when you check out. (Had a friend go buy and get me one the price rung up as $ 299.99 +tax)
