The handle, alone, sells for $ 8 – $ 10. This is a YMMV on the 15% – not everyone will qualify for the full S&S discount, but 17 blades, even w/o the handle for $ 27.81, is only $ 1.64 per 5 blade razor blade. If you deduct the value of the handle, it’s only about $ 20 for 17 blades. I think it’s a good deal.
