The two Walmarts near me have a ton of iPads on clearance. There were different versions of iPad Air 2, Mini 4, and Pro 9.7" and 12.9". I imagine this is extreme YMMV? Oh also AMEX $ 10 credit if you have it.
I got a Ipad Pro 9.7" 32gb Cellular for $ 459 – $ 10 AMEX = $ 449.
