Not sure if this is actually sale or regular price, but HDX version of each season is $ 24.99. Seemed like a low price point for a good show.
FYI this is dubbed version but for Ghost in the Shell, I actually preferred the dubbed version

There seem to be other anime on "sale" throughout VUDU, but not sure if they are actually on sale or just marked up regular price.
