I moved some money I had into a CD and had no issues opening an account and the funds transferred from a different online bank very quickly.
Web interface is pretty basic, but it works just fine. I haven’t opened a High Yield Savings account with them yet, but I’m tempted to do so (ofc that given rate may change at any time).
