I have a slightly upgraded Dewalt model and it is one of my most used "tools". Mine has a range longer than 35′ but don’t think I’ve ever used it for longer measurements than that. Highly recommend this if you don’t yet have one in your toolbox.
This was $ 17.xx on Prime Day but other than that I believe this is the lowest it has been.
