There is a 30% coupon on the page. Got one for Xmas for 39.99 .. was in my wishlist. Love it. Went on to share link with friends,.and noticed coupon. 39 isn’t great although well made. At 28, it’s a nice deal. I like it for washing bike off,.etc.
