I am not sure why this has been overlooked. Deals on entry-level, recent-model graphics have been rare recently. This is a great deal for

• an HTPC with an older or slower processor;
• as a replacement for older or failed desktop graphics;
• to add multi-monitor capability to desktops that lack it;
